Planning for 2026 starts now, so get involved!

Hi everybody! 2026 is around the corner, and I want to take a moment to thank everybody who made 2025 a great year for the MSAA.

To everybody who volunteered with the MSAA in 2025, you were invaluable in making 2025 the best year the MSAA has had yet. Whether you’re on the MSAA board, helped out at a tailgate, ran a concession stand, or bought a shirt, you helped us raise funds, put on more events, and make more connections than ever before. Your passion for the Madison Scouts is unmatched. I hope you continue volunteering in 2026 and beyond.

In 2026, we’ll need just as much support as last year. We don’t want last year to be our peak; we’re still trying to make every year better. We’re planning for:

The Madison Scouts are gearing up for our 89th season, with auditions kicking off this weekend.

Upcoming Camps:

Nov. 23 - Dayton, OH & Newark, NJ

Nov. 30 - Marietta, GA

Dec. 7 - Garland, TX

Dec. 19-21 - Milwaukee, WI (Greenfield HS)

Prospective Scouts are busy preparing their material, and our strong returning veteran pool will provide a solid foundation for the corps to stand on.

Madison Scouts Hall of Fame: Accepting Nominations Through December 31, 2025!

The Madison Scouts Alumni Association (MSAA) is proud to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the next class of the Madison Scouts Hall of Fame! This prestigious honor recognizes individuals who have made significant, lasting contributions to the Madison Scouts organization.

Help us recognize the performers, staff, volunteers, and supporters whose dedication has shaped the corps' legacy.

2026 Madison Scouts Hall of Fame Nomination Period Begins

Nominations for the 2026 Class of the Madison Scouts Hall of Fame (MSHOF) will open on November 1st, 2025 and close on December 31st, 2025.

The mission of the Madison Scouts Hall of Fame (MSHOF) is to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements of marching members, staff, and volunteers who have exhibited commitment over time and made significant contributions to The Madison Scouts.

Annual Member Meeting on Nov 2nd, 7 pm CT!

Hello Madison Scouts Alumni!

The MSAA will be holding a Member Meeting on November 2nd, 2025, at 7 PM CST. The goal of this meeting will be to discuss board elections, Hall of Fame nominations, off-season plans, and let you know what else we have in store for next year. The meeting will be available via Zoom and live-streamed in our Facebook Group. To register for this meeting, use the link below.
