• 20 Year MSARP Recognition Celebration

    Exciting news!

It is hard to believe, but it's been 20 years since the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project took place. We would be remiss if we didn't take advantage of this opportunity to celebrate the spectacular accomplishments of two decades ago. It's also a perfect occasion to catch up with old friends who shared this once-in-a-lifetime experience with you.

Although the focus for this gathering is on the Madison Scouts Alumni Reunion Project, all alumni, family members, and friends of the Madison Scouts are cordially invited to attend.

The vehicle for this event will be a banquet featuring a great meal, a nostalgic audiovisual presentation, and plenty of time to interact and enjoy others who share a common bond. The date is Saturday, July 25, 2026, and the location is the Doubletree Hilton Madison East Hotel. We will send details on the ticket ordering schedule and room reservations in April.

We look forward to future communications with you and to sharing what promises to be a memorable evening.

    May You Never Walk Alone,
Scott Stewart, Scott Pearson, Randy Ferrie.

  • Drums on Parade promotion at Field of Drums on June 27, 2026

Some of you may be aware that this is the 100th anniversary of Breese Stevens Field on East Washington Avenue in Madison. As part of the city celebration, "Make Music Madison" week, "Field of Drums" will be at Breese Stevens Field on June 27th. The Madison Scouts have been part of the rich history of Breese Stevens Field, as that was the location of Drums on Parade for many years. The Madison Scouts will be headlining this 100th anniversary event. This will be the inaugural presentation of the 2026 Madison Scouts program. The Corps is currently at its summer camp at various locations in Wisconsin, including Beaver Dam, Hammond, and Sun Prairie, culminating at Breese Stevens Field on the 27th.

Our plan is to promote Drums on Parade, taking place at Mansfield Stadium in Madison on July 24, by distributing cards at Breese Stevens featuring a QR code that offers 25% off Drums on Parade tickets. To facilitate this, we need to recruit about 15 - 20 volunteers to hand out the cards.

Based on the Field of Drums schedule below, we are targeting a small group of volunteers from 5:45 PM to 8:00 PM and a larger group from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM:
